Position Title: Sanitation – 2nd Shift

Wage: $19.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

This family-oriented company in New London, WI is looking to fill a Sanitation position sooner than later! Apply and work for a company that's donated over 200,000 pounds of cheese each year! In this 2nd shift Sanitation position you will alongside the processing department in maintaining the production of cheese products and ensuring the safety and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect raw cheeses
- Move necessary product ingredients to staging area for restacking
- Organize storage of ingredients and raw cheese supplies
- Complete training on hand trucks, forklifts and other power equipment
- Use cheese scale to weigh needed amount of cheese slabs
- Follow proper sanitation procedures upon completion of daily production orders
- Maintain a well-organized and sanitary workspace according to Good Manufacturing Practices

Requirements for Sanitation:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Good problem solving skills
