Position Title: Packager – 2nd Shift

Wage: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm 

This company was founded on a handshake in 1986 in Texas and have steadily evolved into a provider for Freight Brokerage, Managed Transportation, Warehousing & Fulfillment, and Cross-Border Logistics. They are currently looking for Packagers on 2nd shift for $17/hr. in Janesville, WI. Apply now and we will schedule you to tour the company!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Report packaging plan issues identified at repack process to team.
- Update packaging metrics and report daily/weekly.
- Construct cardboard box, by folding and using a staple gun or glue gun to secure package.
- Packaging parts into boxes.
- Counting out parts.
- Print labels.
- Will be trained and certified to use an overhead crane to move engines to and from conveyor lines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.

Requirements:
- Ability to safely work around moving mechanical parts on an occasional basis.
- Ability to understand written instructions.
- Previous protective experience, but not required.
- Basic Logistics knowledge.
- Ability to stand for 8–10-hour day.
- Must be able to lift boxes between 10-35 lbs.
- Must be able to stoop and bend repetitive basis.
- Must be able to twist and reach on a frequent basis.
- Anything that weights 50 lbs. -two team lift.
