Position Title: Roto Mold Machine Operator

Wage: $16.25-$17.75 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up machines and equipment utilized for plastic molding.
- Verifies set up of plastic molding machines, including proper mold alignment and curing temperatures.
- Initiates changes in molds and core alignment, and timing cues of casting machine to correct defects.
- Reject non-conforming parts as needed and places them in designated areas.
- Trim and deburr excess parts.
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of products.
- Follows appropriate safety regulations, and maintains a clean work area.

Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.
- Must be able to repetitively up to 25lbs.
- Injection blow molding experience preferred.
- Must have a great hand/eye coordination.
- Must be able to pass QPS pre-employment screening process.
