Position Title: Quality Assurance Technician – 12 Hour Night Shift

Wage: $19.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 12 Hour Nights

Hours: 5:45pm – 6:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attend and participate in production transitions and QA Tech transitions
- Check batch sheets to ensure that correct formulation and material is used for the company production requirements
- Conduct processing, bar line and packaging CPC checks as well as sanitation checks
- Report variances in accordance with the problem resolution protocol
- Hold raw materials and finished products that fail to meet the established standards and seek and finalize disposition on held items
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are carried out
- Ensure parameters are recorded with documentation during R&D runs

Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician:
- 6-12 months experience in quality control in a food processing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of food safety and QA programs, such as HCCP, GMPs, and SPC
- Reliable transportation
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and problem solving skills
