Position Title: Packaging/Production/Quality/Machine Operator

Wage: $15.25 + per hour

If you are brand new to food manufacturing, or a seasoned production worker; We are recruiting for all levels of experience for a large food manufacturing facility in Monticello, WI. Positions include: Line Worker, Machine Operator, Sanitation, and Quality Control.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsibilities will vary depending on department.
- Following GMPs (good manufacturing practices).
- Wearing PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Paying close attention to details.
- Working well as a team.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.

Requirements:
- Ability to stand, lift and squat for 10+ hours.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequently pushing 2000 lbs. with a pallet jack occasionally.
- Must be able to work in an environment between 38*F - 65* F that is sometimes wet.
- Must maintain a high degree of personal hygiene.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good attendance.
