Position Title: Service Coordinator - 1st Shift

Wage: $20-$22/hour DOE

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Dispatch resources by matching technicians to customer's individual needs
- Schedule technician's time effectively to minimize travel, repeat calls, and allow ample time to complete service
- Coordinate traffic of post-sale work tickets
- Work with the sales team and manage projects
- Process reports and communicate results with customers
- Manage training, fleet scheduling, and warranty claims

Requirements for the Service Coordinator:
- Associate degree preferred; or 3-5 years of professional work experience
- Training in customer service, logistics, and/or business management
- Ability to type 65 WPM
- Experience with CRM software
