Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Wage: $23.00 - $30.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are looking for 1st shift Customer Service Representative who have business to business experience entering orders, solving issues, answering customer questions, quoting, etc.. APPLY TODAY to this DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Kaukauna, WI!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process incoming orders from receipt of order through verifying product availability
- Source and purchase special product, pricing, terms, credit status, order entry and release
- Communicate customer’s expectations and follow order through to fulfillment
- Provide customers with quotations including complex manufacturing/assembly quotations
- Drive implementation of vendor and market driven price increases
- Maintain applicable price files and supporting documentation
- Maximize profit opportunities by analyzing incoming orders, backlog and market trends to identify opportunities for profit optimization
- Implement actions to address identified opportunities
- Assist customers and Outside Sales with troubleshooting, product suggestions and technical information
- Evaluate and resolve customer problems including product returns
- Monitor backorders

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least five years of customer service experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Strong customer service and technical skills
- Good communication skills
