Position Title: Helper – 1st, 2nd + 3rd Shift

Wage: $16.00 + per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

A local, Monroe, WI, paper printing company is seeking Helper candidates to join their growing team. Join the team as a Helper, get hired in as an Operator. Employees are currently working full-time with overtime each week. Unsure if this sounds like the perfect fit for you? Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Boxing, stitching, guillotine cutting, threads materials through press rolls and tapes end to winding roll.
- Assist printer, plastic in printing designs on plastic material Insert spindle through roll of plastic material and adjust collars to center roll on spindle, position spindle on printing press.
- Washes ink rollers and pan in solvent.
- Remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in process products from discharge unit of printing press or adhesives coating equipment.
- May adjust stacking mechanism on press according to paper dimensions.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, carts, and trays.
- Operate fork truck in safe manner, following all safety guidelines and procedures once trained/certified by the company.
- Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, or electric dolly
- Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.
- May occasionally operate automated equipment and/or industrial truck (hyst, rymond, clark). electric hoist to assist in loading and moving materials and products.
- Once trained by client.
- Records weight of rolls and amount of plastic on rolls.

Requirements:
- Vision requirements of normal color and depth perception.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis for duration of shift.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist turn, push, pull, stoop for duration of shift.
- Ability to work assigned hours on different shifts, including overtime and on short notice.
- Ability to work in different climates for duration of shift.
