Position Title: Assembly

Wage: $12.00-$13.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 8-10 hours

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilization of metric measurements and tools for quality assurance.
- Reading work orders correctly for the piece being assembled.
- Read basic blue print in conjunction with work order.
- Check assembly components against work order and drawing.
- Understand and utilize route steps/sign off work order procedure.
- Verification of previous assembly steps.
- Basic steps of cleaning , capping, and other of the product.
- Operation of cutting, skiving, crimping, end forming, bending, etc.
- Inspection process of passivation, pressure test and visual for quality assurance of product.
- Daily preventative maintenance to equipment operating.

Requirements:
- Semi-repetitive gripping and bending.
- Lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to pass QPS screening process.
- Must be able to pass basic math, basic measurement, and blue print reading tests.
- Experience with manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work as part of a production team.
- Good communication skills.
- Follow instructions, asking questions as needed.
- Able to read and understand points, work orders, OPL.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
