Position Title: Meat Processing Production - 1st or 2nd Shift

Wage: $19.00 - $19.50/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 8-10 hour shifts

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Trim product use of trimmers, shavers and knives
- Separate and sort unusable parts
- Marinate, prepare product and move to designated areas
- Weigh products in preparation for packaging
- Visually inspect meat to be packaged, labeled and boxed for shipment
- Dispose of non-quality meat properly
- Operate motorized pallet jack or forklift

Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to reach and bend throughout shift
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Previous trimming/knife work preferred
- Able to work in fast-paced, repetitive environment.
- Able to work in varying temperatures
