Position Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

Wage: $17/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5am-3pm Mon-Thurs, OT Fri

We have a 1st shift Direct Hire opportunity in Wausau, WI! Do you have manufacturing experience? Have you worked as an assembler or would like to learn the assembly position? This entry-level assembly position has a great training program and benefits. Apply now!

Responsibilities for the Assembler include but are not limited to:
- Work as a part of a team in the manufacturing and assembly of windows shutters
- Assemble an entire unit or component of a unit
- Work on production line to wrap, label, and load window shutters for delivery

Requirements for the Assembler:
- Lift up to 25lbs consistently
- Stand for long periods of time
- Check quality of panel after being built
- Ability to operate multiple tools and saws
- Shop floor or factory assembly experience
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Work in hot and humid condition in the summer and cooler conditions in the winter
- Work in dusty and loud environment
- Promote and follow all safety standards and commitment to company values
