Position Title: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Wage: $19.00 - $23.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Determine setup procedures by following work order instructions and machine set up instructions
- Select proper machine dies for that particular job and install onto extruder machine
- Turn on extruder machine, freezer and conveyor lines
- Fill the top end of the extruder machine with bags of ingredients
- Activate machine to start the process of compression to the mixed ingredients into the die and activate the small cutter at the end of the die press to slice and cut small squares
- Use hydraulic pallet jack to move pallets
- Take down machine die using basic hand tools and sanitize machine

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to bend, twist, reach, push and pull throughout shift
- Able to use basic hand tools
- Able to use a hydraulic pallet jack
- Able to communicate and follow instructions in English
