Position Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Wage: $24.00 - $28.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance
- Follow work orders and specifications for machine and equipment replacement
- Respond to internal service calls regarding malfunctioning equipment and completed repairs
- Complete checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime
- Complete partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality
- Work with building managers to assess ongoing needs and plan preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Review technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair

Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- At least two years of maintenance experience
