Position Title: Technical Customer Service Representative

Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process orders, prepare service orders, track bids and resolve billing issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Answer incoming technical telephone calls from dealers and end users
- Provide prompt, accurate information to dealers and customers
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in the analysis of equipment/systems problems
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and technicians
- Prepare assigned reports and correspondence including service logs, open work orders, warranty work, billings, etc.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems/complaints regarding products, services, billing, applications, etc.
- Communicate with customers, helping to identify product/system failures and root causes of the failures
- Read, understand and interpret diagrams, manuals and blueprints
- Address and resolve complaints and make recommendations regarding the return of equipment and the issuing of credits to customers 
- Enter required information into the computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database
- Provide inside support to the outside sales representatives as needed

Requirements for Technical Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one to three years related technical support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read and interpret documents such as open orders, service logs, diagrams and procedure manuals
- Able to prepare reports and correspondence
