Position Title: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Wage: $18.88 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble, test (including thermoplugs), rivets, wraps, and packs a variety of cookware, sets up work centers, sets up and operates spot welders, flange finishing, laser trademark machines, bottom brusher.
- Makes ready, installs, positions, adjusts, aligns, and removes all tooling, and other parts and fittings required to operate machines such as listed above.
- Makes final and in-process adjustments to assure quality requirements are met.
- Loads and/or unloads parts to be cleaned and inspects for defects.
- Operates machines listed above as well as small air or electric driven hand tools used for assembly.
- Also includes wrapping, bagging, forming, and packing of products into cartons and accessories, and loading cartons on pallets.
- Maintains equipment and tooling and takes appropriate corrective action if required.
- Checks products for flaws, scratches, proper finish, and other defects.
- Moves material to and from the work area.
- Keeps a clean and safe work area.  
       
Requirements:
- Adequate math skills.
- Computer skills.
- Able to stand all day.
- Communication skills.
- Can self-direct.
