Position Title: General Labor - 1st Shift

Wage: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday), 5:00am - 1:30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hang parts on the line
- Move parts to wash bays, oven, paint booth and packaging area with overhead crane
- Load and unload material
- Pick correct color bucket/barrel of paint for production as needed
- Place/remove plugs from materials
- Package material according to customer specifications
- Locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions
- Understand Quality Management System
- Operate small hand tools including sander, towels and hand grinder

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to reach, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, twist and bend throughout shift
- Basic math skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
