Position Title: Sanitation - 2nd/3rd Shift

Wage: $17/hour, $16.75/hour

Shift: 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 2pm-10:30pm M-F OT during week or weekends, 10pm-6:30am S-TH OT on Friday

Responsibilities for Sanitation include but are not limited to:
- Maintain work area in clean orderly condition
- Complete cleaning tasks per Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
- Perform basic wash area duties, including but not limited to cleaning utensils by hand
- Properly use chemicals to effectively and safely perform cleaning tasks
- Report employee safety, food safety, and quality concerns to appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety requirements, including LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), and the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Requirements for Sanitation:
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to read labels and production documents
- Proactive mind-set, decision making ability and flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Accurately document work performed
