Position Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

Wage: $15.00 - $22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm

We just received word that this company in Pella, IA is rapidly growing and looking to expand their team of talented individuals to continue that growth! This company makes conveyor parts and is looking for someone with great attention to detail to assist with this!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble "H" Frames together using drills                                   
- Take completed frames and palletize for shipping department                                   
- Band completed pallets for stability                                   
- Place metal bracket between parts
- Maintain clean work area                                   

Requirements:
- Previous assmbly, welding or machine operation experience a plus                                   
- Able to lift up to 50lbs                                   
- Able to stand for duration of shift                                   
- Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility                                   
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use power tool
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attendance
