Position Title: Project Coordinator

Wage: $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm

A growing network communications company in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a full-time permanent employee for a 1st shift Project Coordinator role that offer pathways to promotion and pay increases. Apply today!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contact Field Technician one day prior to site visit and review scope of work and project deliverables
- Maintain and update CrossManage (proprietary system) information so that customers and the project team can work in a real time environment with regard to project status
- Check out Field Technician at close of job to ensure deliverables are completed, including collection of photos, D&A and general paperwork
- Attend construction meetings
- Obtain quotes and order storage containers as needed
- Order scissor lifts as needed

Requirements for Project Coordinator:
- At least two years of general business experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer support role
- Experience managing a project or coordinating a standardized workflow
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to multi-task and manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Working and knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and windows based applications
