Position Title: Customer Service – 1st Shift

Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support company's philosophy of patient centered care by coordinating excellent customer service to patients
- Handle routine patient questions as they arise and forward questions requiring research to the appropriate staff
- Enter orders accurately and according to defined policies
- Coordinate patient, medical and insurance records
- Answer telephone and disburse calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner

Requirements for Customer Service:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous computer experience preferred
