Position Title: Contract Coordinator

Wage: $18.00 - $24.00 / hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Issue a minimum number of contracts each day
- Schedule technicians to meet project arrival expectations and budget range
- Review and log signed contracts in the Contract Fax Database and upload to Project Database
- Work with the Project Management department and Technician department to ensure that all critical and non-critical work orders are contracted and dispatched within specified time limits
- Manage escalations from the Project Dispatch and Project Coordination Teams
- Recognize jeopardy conditions and escalate to Contract Manager and Project Management teams

Requirements for Contract Coordinator:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
