Position Title: CNC Lathe Set Up Operator – 1st Shift

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm (Monday – Thursday)

Our company in Menomonee Falls, WI focuses of precision machining offering a plethora of options for our customers, and we are currently looking for a 1st shift CNC Lathe Set Up Operator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and complete machine set-up sheet
- Set-up machine to be used for production
- Assist with quality control plan details
- Acquire parts to be machined
- Read blueprint, job order and tooling instructions for production requirements
- Machine parts to required specifications
- Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specification
- Move parts to designated areas
- Remove and return tooling when job is complete
- Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency
- Work within OSHA and ISO standard
- Follow established safety procedures
- Perform daily preventative maintenance
