Position Title: Material Coordinator

Wage: $60K

Shift: 1st

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor product stock levels according to sales forecast
- Coordinate necessary replenishment
- Assisting in purchasing raw materials according to stock levels
- Monitor raw material & finished goods inventory levels
- Assist purchases tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain planning spreadsheets
Production Scheduling:
- Assist with production scheduling
- Process change-over reduction
- Coordinate labor load leveling
- Communicate delivery dates
Custom Coating Assistance:
- Process customer orders
- Coordinate with purchasing ordering necessary raw materials
- Track custom coating customer inventory
- Assist with scheduling production
- Schedule outsourced customer outsource converting
- Assist on preparing production reports to customers

Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to organize a daily schedule and requirements with minimal supervision
