Position Title: Call Center – 1st Shift

Wage: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am-4:45pm (Mon-Fri)

Looking for a call center job with a small company that treats its employees like family? We are seeking out motivated individuals to join our team! This Call Center opportunity is located in St Charles, MO.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret information from exploded diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent verbal skills, including grammar and voice quality.
- Function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed to see if you meet required performance levels.
- Multitask: Take rapidly-arriving incoming telephone calls while searching for and entering information on your computer.
- Problem solving in a “real time” environment.
- Type 20 wpm or better.

Requirements:
- Experienced with and proficient in computer use.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
