Position Title: Final Auditor – 2nd Shift
Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures and by reporting any safety concerns to ensure a safe work environment. - Accurately performs visual inspection on all parts for workmanship, dimensional check, tolerances and usability. - Reads and comprehends documentation relating to all phases of production: operator work instructions, customer supplied blueprints, parts lists and rework instructions. - Reports any errors or major discrepancies to the Supervisor immediately so immediate corrective action may be taken. - Using precision measuring instruments or gauges to check part quality. - Accountable for accepting responsibility for quality aspects of the job and actively participating in quality efforts and supporting company's quality policy. - Meeting rate for each part, while maintaining quality.- Authority to stop production when non-conformances are noted. Stop non-conforming product from being released to ship, and immediately notify their Supervisor. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Responsible for compliance to the company's Quality Management System and other regulatory and statutory requirements as required by the customer. - Assisting other operators as needed.- Accountable for accepting responsibility for continuous on the job training by actively participating in training put on by company and/or any outside service. Recognizing own capabilities and taking initiative to continually improve. - Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Must have a high school diploma or GED.- Basic mathematics required.- Must have at least 6 months previous manufacturing experience.- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.- Basic computer skills required.- Must have reliable transportation.- Inspection experience preferred.- Machining fundamentals and basic operation skills.- Comprehension and experience reading blueprints.- Experience using precision measuring instruments.- Self-driven with ability to work individually or as part of a team.- Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior.
