Position Title: Crate Builder – 1st Shift

Wage: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify stock lumber, plywood and/or foam
- Understand and interpret drawings and travelers
- Operate electric pallet jack
- Use and change banding cart
- Inspect work
- Understand fasteners
- Perform prep work and pre-assembly of components including cleating panels, gluing foam, building dunnage, stenciling and bug stamping

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Able to stand and perform repetitive motions throughout shift
- Able to read tape measure into the 1/16” marks
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Fine motor skills
