Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
This position will be the front line of support for our customers, answering phone calls and emails, responding to questions and walking the customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Interact with clinical professionals via incoming calls to provide and process information in response to inquiries, requests and orders for a wide range of highly configurable products- Resolve concerns and complaints by listening to the customer, determining the cause and finding a solution using reference documentation- Answer questions on chair adjustments and specifications, delivery estimates and tracking details- Consult with the Customer Service Technician to provide technical information to customers- Learn about products and retain knowledge to quickly and accurately assist customers - Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compatibility- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions- Supply information to and answer questions from the Data Entry Specialists
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED- At least two years of relevant experience- Comfortable navigating multiple windows while speaking with customers- Passion for detail and continuous learning- Excellent communication skills- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently- Proficient with computer applications and equipment- Bilingual is a plus
