Position Title: Office Assistant
Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Enter orders into client's internal system starting with pick-ups and deliveries- Answer three-line phone, routing calls, taking detailed messages and handling customer issues- Provide additional clerical support to site including maintaining of calendars for meetings and administering equipment - Maintain office inventory and reorder when necessary - Take incoming cash, credit or money order payments from customers - Serve as walk-in contact with contractors and public - Complete paperwork
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent - Data entry experience- Previous money handling experience preferred- Able to lift up to 20lbs- Able to type at least 40WPM - Strong attention to detail- Good organization skills - Able to multi-task
