Position Title: Inventory Clerk
Excellent opportunity with a company that offers growth and advancement, and a great work environment. This is a 1st shift role for an Inventory Clerk. Temp to hire.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Review and adjust weekly and monthly inventory counts conducted by sales teams to ensure 100% accuracy- Track purchase orders and sales orders within database and hold store representatives accountable for inbound and outbound inventory transactions- Track missing inventory equipment- Phone support; aid all retail locations to troubleshoot inventory issues via phone calls- Email support; aid all retail locations to troubleshoot inventory issues via inbound emails- Uncover vendor shipment discrepancies- Process vendor RMAs to ensure appropriate credits are received- Assist with inventory stock balance rotations
Requirements:- Inventory oversight experience- Strong attention to detail- Problem solving- Microsoft Excel and email etiquette- Analytical and conceptual skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet applications- Verbal and written communication skills- Ability to build relationships, positive team leader with the ability to inspire others- Collaborative skills; work with multiple departments within the organization to understand their needs
