Hours: 10:30am – 7:00pm (M-F) or 9:00am – 7:00pm (M-Th)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Receive incoming calls, while ensuring queue management and workload volumes are handled- Seek out answers to questions utilizing the material and tools available, remaining current on products, services and promotions- Escalate calls as appropriate
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED- At least six months of experience in a customer service role- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls preferred- Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP preferred
