Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Wage: $40,000 - $45,000/year

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative at a company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide support to customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide product support to customers by taking incoming calls from customers and assisting with parts orders, returns and warranty- Generate quotations and receive/enter orders- Work with Engineering, Purchasing and all other departments to generate detailed quotations for field repairs and upgrades- Process sales orders and generate RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations)- Assist with accounts receivable collections when needed
Requirements:- At least five years of customer service and project management experience- Strong technical background with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems as well as VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)- Strong computer skills with proven proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook as well as knowledge of ERP systems; M2K preferred- Mechanical aptitude with strong communication and customer service skills
