Position Title: Hose Assembly

Wage: $14.00-$14.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd (train on 1st)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performs hose assembly and ensures standard work process is followed in a team environment.  
- Operates manufacturing equipment (crimpers & cutting machine) in a safe manner.
- Performs daily maintenance & cleaning of equipment.   
- Conducts in-process inspection and enters work order data into router. 
- Accounts for and properly disposes of scrap.    
- Communicates work flow problems and equipment needs to Team Lead and/or Supervisor.  
- Understands & Supports Corporate initiatives such as lean.   

Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.   
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.   
- Must be able to grasp and pinch with fingers and hands.
- High School Diploma or GED.                                   
- Demonstrated knowledge of Hose Product assembly. 
- Good math & measuring skills, including the ability to convert fractions & decimals. 
- Strong communication & problem solving skills.     
- Must pass QPS screening process.
