Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Answer and direct calls- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments- Maintain contact lists- Calendar management- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- Develop and maintain a filing system- Order office supplies- Coordinate travel arrangements- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.- Submit and reconcile expense reports- Cover reception desk as needed- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records- Coordinate repair to office equipment
Requirements:- Previous administrative experience; minimum 1-2 years- Excellent office management practices and administrative skills, including strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- PowerPoint skills preferred- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality- Strong organizational and planning skills- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
