Position Title: Assembly - Rideshare

Wage: $14/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Visually inspect product and identify defective parts prior to assembly
- Assemble components into subassemblies and finished goods according to the bill of materials and work instructions
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
- General housekeeping and well organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good eye and hand dexterity
- Knowledge of the processes performed in assembly and within the industry
- Ability to work as part of a team, requiring excellent communication, with a thorough understanding of the English language including verbal, written, and reading skills
- Ability to analyze work-related situations and make decisions in an effective manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Ability to work mandatory overtime
- Must be able to highly multi-task and work under fast paced environment
- Must be able to repetitively grab, pull, handle, and assemble parts 100% of the time
- Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects
