QPS Employment Group (QPS), a Wisconsin-based national staffing and recruiting firm specializing in industrial, skilled trade, office, clerical and professional staffing, announced today that Ryan Festerling, QPS president, has been named CEO effective June 2023. QPS founder, Scott Mayer will serve as Executive Chair of the board, and QPS CEO Dan McNulty will also continue to serve as a board member. Mayer and McNulty led the company for the past 35+ years, along with chief sales officer Mark Immekus, who passed away unexpectedly in 2018.

Festerling joined QPS in June 2019 as president and chief operating officer. He has over 20 years of experience from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based Kohl’s Department Stores, where he held numerous leadership roles including executive vice president and head of human resources. Festerling received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University Wisconsin – La Crosse. Festerling serves as chairman of the board at Wisconsin Lutheran High School and is a board member of the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation.
