This year marks a monumental achievement for QPS Employment Group, as we proudly celebrate 40 years of providing exceptional service to our Customers, Candidates, Co-Owners and our Community. This milestone is not only a testament to our longevity but also to the values, dedication, and relationships that have shaped our journey.
I founded this company in 1985, from the basement of my home, located in a small town in Southern Wisconsin. Along with Dan McNulty and Mark Immekus, the three of us set out with one simple mission in mind: To connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can thrive.
Over the years, we have built a reputation for reliability, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. From these humble beginnings, our company has evolved, expanded its reach into 9 states, grown to over 50 branches, and as an ESOP in 2020, converted ownership to our QPS Co-Owners. Now, as one of the largest staffing companies in the United States, we’ve set our goals even higher for the next 40 years.
So, I take this opportunity to reflect on our journey—the challenges we have overcome, the milestones we have achieved, and the lives we have impacted. While we honor our history, we remain forward-focused, ready to embrace new opportunities, adapt to industry trends, and continue driving value for all our stakeholders.
