All QPS employees may access their 2015 W2 online via their individual portal login after January 16th. If an employee wishes to not have their W2 mailed and agrees to only obtain their W2 via the portal, please contact your local branch office for more details.
For employees who have chosen to have a W2 printed, those W2’s will be mailed to the address we have on file by January 31st. If you have recently moved and need to update your address, please contact your local QPS branch office directly as well
