QPS offers its employees an affordable solution for health care benefits through a Minimum Essential Coverage Plus plan. This ACA-compliant medical plan provides preventive care and other medical benefits, includes 24/7 free access to doctors via telephone, doctors’ visits for a low co-pay, a discount health savings program and a discount prescription program. We also offer plans that supplement the MEC Plus plan with limited hospitalization and other benefits.
QPS provides paid holidays to eligible associate employees who have worked at least 960 hours for QPS during the 12 months prior to the holiday.
Holiday pay is $25.00 for the day. The following is a list of potential paid holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
QPS can deposit payroll checks directly into our employees’ bank accounts.
