QPS Employee Benefits

Here’s a brief overview of the benefits you’ll be eligible to receive as a QPS temporary associate. Specific details and/or enrollment materials may be obtained through the QPS office nearest you.

Health Benefits

QPS offers its employees an affordable solution for health care benefits through a Minimum Essential Coverage Plus plan. This ACA-compliant medical plan provides preventive care and other medical benefits, includes 24/7 free access to doctors via telephone, doctors’ visits for a low co-pay, a discount health savings program and a discount prescription program. We also offer plans that supplement the MEC Plus plan with limited hospitalization and other benefits.

Holiday Pay

QPS provides paid holidays to eligible associate employees who have worked at least 960 hours for QPS during the 12 months prior to the holiday.

Requirements for Holiday Pay

  • To be paid for a holiday, an employee must be actively on assignment at the time the holiday occurs.
  • Employees must also work the day before and the day after the holiday.
  • If the client company requires the employee to work on the holiday, they will be given holiday pay in addition to whatever pay is earned for that holiday.

Holiday pay is $25.00 for the day. The following is a list of potential paid holidays:  Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Direct Deposit

QPS can deposit payroll checks directly into our employees’ bank accounts.
