What placement options do you offer?

We offer temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and executive placements.

What does temp-to-hire mean?

Temp-to-hire is when an employee begins working at your company while remaining on our payroll for a provisional period. You pay an hourly billing rate, but there is no additional charge to hire the employee after the provisional period.

What is payrolling?

If you find a temporary or permanent employee through your own recruitment, you may still assign them to the QPS payroll. This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands, seasonal help, and hiring freezes, and it takes the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee doesn't work out.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by QPS?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. Guarantees will vary based on each client.
