A Better Hiring Process. A Better Workforce.

At the heart of QPS Plus is a more informed and thorough hiring process. Our Placement Specialists pre-screen, pre-test and personally interview each and every Associate Employee we hire. Once we’ve identified the right candidate for an opening, we’ll provide additional training and screening to your specifications, perform an orientation, give them a company tour, and do a personal check-in on the their first day. Most important of all, we stay in frequent contact after your new employee starts, to make sure both you – and our AE – are happy with the fit.
