New employer requirements under ACA – The Affordable Care Act – started to take effect on January 1, 2015.  These requirements mandate that QPS as well as many other employers offer certain levels of health insurance coverage  to a larger percent of our workforce than before. We have explored extensively the options available to offer the best possible solution for our customers, associate employees and our organization.   QPS has been actively involved and engaged with this ever changing piece of legislation and remains committed to making sure our company is compliant.
