Temp agencies see rising demand for workers

Temps are on the rise - but this is not a weather story.
Temporary employment agencies in this area and nationally say that demand from client companies for help has been rising.
That trend could be an early, solid sign of economic recovery ahead. Many employers prefer to add temps first, and make those hires permanent later if business remains strong.
