Survey: Manufacturing, construction sectors looking to hire

QPS Employment Group is more optimistic, reporting that its second-quarter survey found 34 percent of employers expecting to add staff in the second quarter and 7 percent anticipating cuts. Its survey contacted 500 companies in Wisconsin and Illinois, and the results are for the total survey, not just the Green Bay MSA.
